Quick service, food was fresh and hot. Order was prepared correctly and the dining room was clean.
Usually the breakfast is decent when they have soft biscuits and crispy hash browns. Lunch menu items tend to vary widely from... inedible to decent. I feel this has much to do with the staff and management on shift. Read more
Please change your hours listed online to accurately reflect on the hours that your restaurant is actually open. For instance... you do not open at 5 A.M. as listed on line. Read more
Had to be the worst big mac I've ever had. Bun was way over heated. Wasn't crazy about the reg meat either. Mcchicken was not... bad for the most part and my kids don't typically complain. Hoping breakfast is better as the options are limited here. Read more
Shut the Star City, AR McDonald's down!!! The one star says it all and I wish I could give them zero stars. The question is when... is the last time they changed the cooking oil for the french fries? Or better yet how are the french fries cooked at the StarCity, AR McDonald's? Are they cooked in the same way as the nuggets? The fries and nuggets are always terrible (alwaysovercooked and never salted right) and I've had enough. I ordered the four for four chicken sandwich and I'm afraid to know whatI put in my body besides the already unhealthy by nature fast food I was craving. The chicken sandwich had the worst after tastelike it had been coated in hair spray or some other chemical before and after being cooked. I couldn't pin point the source ofthe bad taste in the sandwich but I think it was the patty. It may have been the bread, mayo or the lettuce. Everything wasterrible like before, I tried them for the second time because I figured it was just a bad batch the first time. The sad part isthe McDonald's here is one of the only fast food restaurants in Star City, AR and the only McDonald's there. The pictures say itall, get ready to see nasty. There's bad and there's terrible quality food. The Star City, Arkansas McDonald's is by far themost terrible quality food I have ever tried to eat. Read more
Service depends on who is working one person is a professional that takes your order and is helpful the others could care less.... If the pro is there service is quick and courteous with the others it is a toss up. Read more
