Lady at drive thru loves to chit chat. Although I appreciate the friendliness it's obvious it hold up the line.
Poor customer service. Very unprofessional workers. Orders are always incorrect and they're not very fast. You can't order... something slightly complicated (i.e. adding lettuce or tomato), because the order will come out wrong. I stop on my way home from work after working midnight shift most days. The morning/weekend crew is awful. Never on time... opening. How can you have a customer wait for food when you literally just opened? This place definitely need to hire new ormore staff.
