Ordered pizza at 5pm- supposed to be ready by 520. Three workers there and they hadn?t even started the pizza when I arrived at... 530. Stated they didn?t realize there was an order for pizza and no one checked between 5-530? alright?. So I?m waiting andwaiting- apparently the pizza was done at 550 and no one could tell me as I?m standing and waiting next to the coffee?!!Terrible. Pizza was wet. ????????? Nice building. Frustrating the gas pumps are turned off after hours. To pay cash for gas, you have to prepay.
I called to order a pizza and they told me over an hour so I went into the store to try to get something out of the warmers... thinking they were busy and those pizzas looked really old and the guy had no orders in front of him. Awful, just lazy Read more
We ordered 2 pizzas tonight and 2 orders of cheesticks. 1 was for a medium pepperoni and sausage which came as a large because... they messed up. (We were only charged for a medium) the other was half Supreme and half hawaiian and we received neither. Whatwe received was sausage, pepperoni, Canadian bacon and pineapple. When I called back, the phone was answered as hello, not as abusiness, then I was told to hold on so they could go back inside and then when I stated 2/3 of our order was wrong, I receiveda response of "well, I will have to let our manager know and go from there." Absolutely ridiculous, you will no longer receiveour service which is frequent, when you're not willing to even make it right in any way. Read more
We ordered a pizza and garlic cheese bread here the other day and it was great! Hot, fresh, tasty, and ready at the promised... time. I hadn't had Casey's pizza before but I was impressed. Service was good. We stopped in the next morning for coffee andbreakfast sandwiches and again were completely satisfied. Read more
This place has been a absolute disaster since it reopened. Been shut down for having computer issues can?t figure the kitchen... it?s a joke. Pretty sad the town waited and was excited for the options a good Casey?s has to offer. This place needs to figureit out..... Read more
They did a wonderful job of building the physical place. The clerk was rude. Prepay in a small community is baloney. When I... go in, ask to put the pump on and stand there with credit card in hand while my husband pumps the gas, there should be away tocomply with my request. Love caseys pizza. Stopped in this Casey's this morning to get a breakfast sandwich and the store was closed due to tills being down. This seems... to be a recurring theme as 3 weeks ago it's one of the chills was down for two straight weeks. Whenever I stop in the pizza isold and there seems to be five six employees but only one cashier. This used to be a convenient stop for me now I don't know ifI will ever return Read more
