Asked for condiment 2 times before leaving the drive through, had to stop before leaving to go inside and get what I asked for.... Was given 2 of the 3 drinks ordered, asked for the 3rd drink and got an attitude from drive through employee. Got down the roadand realized all of the drinks were not what was ordered. Read more
Drove thru around 8:30pm, should be a normal time to eat dinner but they acted like it was 2am. She said the burgers would take... ten minutes to make so I ordered pups, it still added 25 minutes to my trip to go though a drive thru. Read more
Just went to Krystal in Starke Florida and got the worst service ever. First they got my order wrong not once but twice then... expected me to pay for and accept food that I didn't even order then got an attitude with me like it was My fault. Just left from Krystals, get home and see this, I work in fast food as well and this is from not changing the oil. Waited like... 15 minutes and NOTHING was FRESH.The fries taste greasy, and were like rubber, the chili cheese fries taste OLD, never seen thechili cheese fries that bad!! I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but every time they disappoint. Sad to say this wasmy LAST time going! after spending 30 bucks on SLOP. I wouldn?t serve this to my worst enemy. Read more
