Clearly this location has management problems. I pulled up to the drive thru menu board. I waited 2 minutes while calling "hello... is anyone there." No answer there, so I pulled up to the window. The drive thru window was open and I could see people in thedining room, but no one inside the kitchen. I once again called several times if anyone was there. The last thing I yelled was"thanks for nothing, KFC it is." I love Popeyes food, but this store is a black eye to the chain. Read more
Not impressed. We were told they were ?out of chicken thighs? at lunchtime? Ordered a 14 piece family box using an online code:... we received 2 breasts, 6 legs & 6 wings- 2 large sides and biscuits- this was almost $30. How do you only put 2 breasts in abox!? Chaos arose as people were waiting in line, some people left as we were not only told there were no thighs, but that itwould be 30 minutes until more chicken was up. Did I mention it was lunchtime!? They short you on your chicken. They like to give you little wings or baby legs. So!!! That ment a couple of thys and 1 small... breast. They always want to SCREW you out of your breast. It was not seasoned the last time. Now 11 pieces of chicken is notcheap. Read more

20 minutes is what I have heard for the last few months. They never have chicken ready no matter what time of day you go. When... you wait the 20 minutes it turns into 30 to 45 minutes. Do better Starke Popeyes Read more
