Absolute garbage. Every time I've been here I've ordered ahead and had atleast a 20 minute wait in the stall, and can't even get... an employee to talk to me when I hit the red button. The one closer to Harvey's is much better. Read more

Doesn't even deserve a star. The carhops are always rude, they flat out refuse to do stall orders, and now they completely... disabled the app. I've worked at MULTIPLE sonics since I was 16, and 90% of the stuff they do would get the GM fired at any thatI worked at. I won't even get into the terrible environment it is to be working there. By FAR the shortest I've ever workedsomewhere due to BS. Read more

I placed an order on the app, which was incorrect as usual at this location. I paid for my order on the app as well. First, she... dropped my drink on the way to the vehicle, no problem, accidents happen. Yet, she had to deliver 3 more orders and pick upseveral more to deliver when she went back in to get my drink, so getting my drink took another 15 mins. After she left to ?goreplace my drink?, I noticed my sandwich wasn?t made correctly and I had been charged 60 cents extra, so I wanted to have itremade. Since it was taking her awhile to return to my vehicle I went to the door to explain to someone about my sandwich. Theytold me they would be happy to remake it, but the app doesn?t charge to add tomato, so I would have to pay and additional 20cents. This is crazy!! I had already paid for my meal and you made it incorrectly, so now you are up charging me to make itcorrectly! I am not opposed to paying for my food the way I want it, but why doesn?t the app coincide with the location I?m at.Furthermore this location does it with condiments as well! I have had to pay more than what the app charged me several times inorder to get my food! Yet, for weeks/months, they had signs on every stall, ORDER ON APP OR DRIVE-THRU ONLY! If you want me toorder from the app, why are you charging me additional money. So far, this is the ONLY location that has ever done this to me! Someone needs to look into this! Read more

While taking my order they were extremely rude. Customer service was not at all a priority. I get being busy but it might help... if they?d fix their drive in stalls. It?s a Sonic. How are ALL of the stalls out of order? Read more

If I could give -1000 I would. When ordering the woman gave such a nasty attitude when I had a question. Don't yell at me I am a... paying customer. I had to keep my composer not to yell back. Why are you so rude to paying customer s. It's my fault that I didnot see all the horrible reviews before I came to this sonic. I was just at the Sonic in Eupora and the service is 6000 timesbetter. If you are not in a rush go to that one so you can see the difference. The owners better get this store in shape andfire the rude staff before they take this place down with them with the extremely poor customer service. Also make sure youcheck your receipt. There were food on my receipt that I did not order and some of my food was missing. Read more

I?d give this Sonic 0 stars if I could. There is no signage whatsoever that says it is drive through only. So we pulled in a... stall, pressed the button and waited. We were finally told that they were drive through only. Turn off your stall machines andadd signage if you are going to be drive through only. It?s not hard. Once we got in line the lady was super rude while weordered then she proceeded to let us know they are cash only. We had cash so that was fine, but put out a sign, it would makeeveryone?s life so much easier. Service at this location is on a steady decline. If I were the owner I would be embarrassed.Clean house, have business standards, take care of your employees and they?ll better take care of the customers. Read more
