My husband and I ate there recently. The food was great, the staff were friendly, and they provided great customer service.
Horrible service, employees cursing when my family is present, NO fries, NO ice, no ranch. I was given cheese to dip my hot... wings in. Would you dip your hot wings in cheese sauce? By the way- there is a Kroger located right behind this location. Stopbeing lazy. You could literally go get some ranch, or bags of frozen fries or potatoes to cut up and drop them in oil. But Imean the manager ran out 10 times to hit her cig while we were there waiting on our incomplete orders so what do you expect? Canwe google work ethic please. Horrible experience. Ordered on the app, picked them up and they were burned beyond measure. Not even edible. Ordered seasoned fries as well and they... were plain and soggy. Also had two sauces on order and they only gave me one. I?ve worked in the fast food industry andsomething like this is completely unacceptable.
