My husband and I ate there recently. The food was great, the staff were friendly, and they provided great customer service.
Horrible service, employees cursing when my family is present, NO fries, NO ice, no ranch. I was given cheese to dip my hot... wings in. Would you dip your hot wings in cheese sauce? By the way- there is a Kroger located right behind this location. Stopbeing lazy. You could literally go get some ranch, or bags of frozen fries or potatoes to cut up and drop them in oil. But Imean the manager ran out 10 times to hit her cig while we were there waiting on our incomplete orders so what do you expect? Canwe google work ethic please. Horrible experience. Ordered on the app, picked them up and they were burned beyond measure. Not even edible. Ordered seasoned fries as well and they... were plain and soggy. Also had two sauces on order and they only gave me one. I?ve worked in the fast food industry andsomething like this is completely unacceptable. I can tell the frying grease is old and hasn?t been changed in a while. Havedefinitely had better experiences here, but this was just ridiculous. Read more

I would not recommend this location. Multiple times my orders have been missing items, or just plain wrong. Most recently I... placed an online order, payed, showed up to the restaurant, and upon arriving I was told there was no food left and that I wouldbe given a refund. Well that was 3 weeks ago and I have yet to be refunded. $30 down the drain. They also won?t answer theirphone no matter what. You have to place sketchy online orders that might end up in you being virtually pick pocketed. Do not gohere. Wingstop as a corporation has delicious wings and decent prices, however this location clearly lacks leadership,management, and customer service. Read more
I really try to believe in giving places multiple chances before immediately complaining. However, I have not once received a... correct order from this Wingstop. Never. Whether food be wrong or missing, something is always incorrect. Today we ordered it tobe delivered. Wings, tenders, drinks, sides of ranch. Not only were our two drinks missing entirely, but they did not give us asingle ranch. We had seven (7) ordered in total, because we learned the hard way this establishment will replace your $3 largeranch with a regular ranch. If you want the amount of ranch you paid for, you have to order every single one individually. Oratleast we thought. Guess sometimes they just won?t give you any at all. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MENTAL HEALTH. Coming to this Wingstop will only bring you pain and disappointment.... Weather is not answering the phone, running out of fires, running out of CHICKEN, messing up my order this is the WORST WingstopI?ve ever been to.
