One of the employees was really rude. I made a mobile order and had a problem with wanting some of the items on the side. I... asked a guy behind the counter about it and he was super sweet and said he?d fix it. A lady then came up and demanded to knowwhat was going on. I told her my problem and she asked for my bag, which I had no problem with showing her. As the guy is tryingto get me my sides she starts arguing with me about how my sides already came in the taco. I tried to tell her I knew that andthat I just wanted them on the side instead. She continued to argue with me so her manager came over and told her to just get mewhat I needed. After he left she kept arguing with me so I said I?d pay for them again. She rings me up and I?m amazed that thetotal is $6 when on the app the sides were $2. I tried to ask why it was so much but she said it was that or nothing. So Ididn?t get my sides. The other employees were so sweet but she was just so rude. Read more
I love state college and have been to this location before. They charged me for a double portion of meat which I didn?t get... (barely got one portion), then they seemed annoyed when I questioned it. The whole place was super dirty. Overall badexperience. Read more
This is one of the worst Chipotle?s in the area. We?ve gotten delivery from here AND visited in person and it never fails to be... below standard. They workers are always chatting, being incredibly loud, and never paying attention - the hospitality remainshorrible. They jip you on product for the cost and belittle customers. Take the extra drive to Atherton where they areincredible every which way. This is a disgrace. Read more
This Chipotle, located near Penn State University, was one of the best I have ever visited and here is why. The location is... spacious and eve though there was a long line it did go fast. We ordered two chicken burritos and the worker who adds the sourcream and cheese was over the top friendly even asking how our day was. The chicken in the chicken burrito was the tastiest Ihave ever had. Maybe it had more seasoning, but, whoever ever cooked it made it perfect ????????. The only downfall of thislocation was the stale chips. Other than that, I highly recommend it and well worth the wait next time you are visiting PennState. Read more
Walked in at 3:00 pm thinking it wouldn?t be too busy since it?s after lunch rush and before dinner time. There?s was already a... line and just ONE, yes ONE, employee making orders and then walking over to take payment. I won?t be returning to this locationdue to their poor management. Slow and inefficient. Maybe I?m being impatient but I think it?s not fair to leave a singleemployee to handle an entire line of customers. I left. I do not recommend this location unless you are fine with waiting 25minutes to be able to order. You?ll have better luck by mobile ordering and then coming to pick up. Read more
Orders are often 20-40+ minutes late on Fridays and Saturdays. I know it?s a busy location, but come on. Lots of cleanliness... issues when it?s busy - overflowing trash cans, messy counters and tables, napkins on the floor, etc. Ice machine is often emptywhen it?s busy. Portion sizes can be inconsistent, especially when it?s busy. Desperately needed additional seating is oftenclosed off for ?cleaning?...My order is currently 25 minutes late and counting...I think I?m done with chipotle. Read more
Literally the worst chiptole in the United States I believe. Ran by stupid impatient college kids who don?t have a dime to their... name. They forget sides and miss correct portion size every single time, and ontop of that they don?t give out any informationabout charges or say ice machines until you?re at the register.
