I got there earlier in the morning and by God I was not disappointed by the quality of the service there. The staff was super... nice and the donuts there were amazing. They were freshly baked, making the experience even better. I had also tried the IcedCaramel Macchiato which was the best palette cleansing drink I've had. I went to pick up donuts for my mom that she ordered online. We drove almost 2 hours. She ordered a fall assortment. It was... storming bad outside, so we wanted to get the donuts and go home before it got worse. When we got there, there were multipleemployees standing around doing nothing, they said they could not make our donuts yet. Another customer then came in andordered and they instantly made their order. They made us sit and wait half an hour, while most the employees stood around doingnothing. I wish I could have cancelled my order I made online and just ordered in store so maybe they would have made them asfast as they made the other customers. I would have walked out but I did not drive 2 hours to leave without the donuts my momhas been talking about wanting for days. Very disappointing. Read more
Hands down the best donuts I have ever had!! Glad that State Collage has this chain. They make fresh donuts and serve them... hot! They are very inexpensive. You can choose the topping and crème on them or also go by the recommendations from the menu.Must visit place if you are a sweet toothed person!! Read more

I'd never had doughnuts from anywhere other than Dunkin' or a grocery store. There are a lot of doughnuts to pick from on the... menu, and they're all adorable. It was fascinating to watch them make it right in front of your eyes, and they even allowed youinspect the donuts before taking them with you. This place is a hard to see from the road but 100% worth finding. Duck Donuts make your order fresh after you order. You choose... the donuts you want and they fry them while you wait. A dozen donuts only took about 8 minutes but if I could add aromas to thisreview, you would drive there now. Nothing like a fresh, warm donut to make your day. Definitely best donuts I have ever had. It was completely empty when we walked in, and we immediately noticed how sticky the floors were. Our shoes stuck as we walked... around. We ordered two sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches, two donuts, an americano, and a regular coffee, around8:30 am. The regular coffee was served at room temperature. They gave us a bacon, egg, and cheese instead of what we ordered,not to mention it took a while when they were clearly just warming it up. They didn?t even offer to refund or fix the coffee.The donuts were okay, but not worth it. Read more
