Well aside from the fact that Dunkin' Donuts coffee drinks are basically coffee flavored syrup and food is garbage, the customer... service was also atrocious. The girl at the counter were rolled her eyes at my 14-year-old daughter and snapped at her, sayingthat "we obviously can't break that", and proceeds to smirk at her and look at her as if she is stupid and should have knownbetter. Anyways, my daughter comes out to the car to tell me what I just happened to her inside of Dunkin' donuts. So I'm cool,so I'm professional, and really immature. People like this shouldn't work in customer service positions. Read more
Dunkin' oh where to begin? Is a perfect place to go after an evening out with the guys to pick up some delicious donuts. I've... seen some first dates here also. I was in this location recently and an employee ( I believe her name was Amanda) was making my order, and my whole time I was in... there she wasn?t wearing her mask properly. I go here a lot in the mornings to do work and get breakfast, and it's not terrible. The donuts are always fresh and the service... is very good. However, when I get a bagel with cream cheese, they do a terrible job putting the cream cheese on both sides ofthe bagel. They also cannot seem to get my coffee order correct. If you order your coffee with "less cream," it tastes like yourdrinking a glass of milk. Read more
