I rarely ever leave reviews, but the workers here are so great, I almost feel obligated to give them some praise. I come almost... every morning, and always get the same two lady?s and they are so kind and helpful. And my order is always perfect, theatmosphere is kind, and I pay and get through the line within 2 minutes. ???????????? Read more
Service takes literally FOREVER and when I have a 15 minute break and ever second counts, yet I'm left to stand at the counter... every time for atleast 7 minutes while they tend to just the drive thru as if people in store don't matter. Always out of themost popular donut at 930am like it isn't known those are bought up everyday by early morning and ordering more to ensure youdon't sell out by atleast lunch must be to complicated. It seems to me if everyday you sell out of one thing within hours ofopening, you'd think ordering more of that kind would be a smart move, but alas, their out constantly. They know my order before I even say it half the time. They always are quick and friendly. Prices are far also. Only problem I... find is that they seem to not be able to keep their snacking bacon warm for some reason. Read more
Always out of donut flavors and one guy that works there is rude. He was very unprofessional both over the phone and at the... drive thru. I really don't know why he even works there!! Dont even bother calling in for donuts. I would love to edit myreview when I get better customer service. Update: Donut variety has improved. Hasn't seen the rude employee in a while. Read more
Three stars because they got my order wrong. I had people waiting at my house so this was an unconvinced. I asked for a dozen... New York donuts and I got an assortment. The lady that fixed it was pleasant and apologized. Nothing though for my hassle ofrunning back. Read more
