Staff was great. Burgers were good as ever. Fries....well...I am glad I didn't get my hopes up. They were undercooked. Bummer.

Food was good, our order was missing some condiments on our burgers and parking is atrocious. If you can find parking to dine... in...good luck...I suppose with the location they are counting on walk in business with the university so it was fine for that. Read more

The bathroom wasn't exactly clean, the mirror in the bathroom was really dirty as was the sink, the faucet also was dirty and... loose. The soap dispenser looked disgusting and i really didn't want to touch it. The burger patty was the thinnest patty ihave ever seen. Neither the burger nor the fries tasted good. There were no meal combos, had to order everything separately.Ended up spending 40$ for two people and the food just wasn't up to the hype. Was very disappointed. Maybe it's just thislocation and the others are better. Read more

Last Night around 5:30pm, we ate dinner at Five Guys. The employees were all super great, got our food to us pretty quickly.... While we were eating our meal, the female manager came out and started screaming at all the employees on the shift. The youngkid working the register went behind the counter and grabbed a pair of gloves to help because no one was in line ordering food.No sooner did he put the gloves on, did the manager on shift start screaming at him saying ?Get out! Put the Gloves down!?. Thepoor kid looked so shocked for just trying to help while he wasn?t busy. Managers poor demeanor was unacceptable. A customeractually went back and talked to her while we were there. Pretty sad that all eyes were on her due to her lack ofprofessionalism in the workplace. Read more

The service was fast, friendly, and helpful. The food was delicious! Great burger! The only thing, most of the tables were... dirty. Whenever we walked in, all of the employees were talking behind the counter. Read more

To be honest, I wasn't all that much impressed. For 3 burgers, 1 large fry, 2 milkshakes, & 2 sodas it was $58! The French... fries were soggy and needed to be cooked longer, the burgers were juicy but very bland and the milkshakes were extremely thickto the point we couldn't drink them for awhile. As far as the staff goes, the younger blonde gentleman that had taken our order,he was very polite & quick and accurate with taking our order. The ONLY female that was that evening, she was a bit much andseemed that she needed to be the "Star of the Show" at all times and when I was speaking to the young blonde gentleman aboutwhere to hang up my son's drawing she stood behind the counter just glaring at me the entire time we were talking. All the otherstaff were quite friendly and quick with our order. We would possibly come back but it would be a once in a very very blue moonif we ever did. Read more

Very pleased with this Five Guys location near Penn State University. This was definitely a five star because of several... reasons. For one, the location is very well maintained and clean. The staff and service were excellent. It was the first timethat I ever saw a staff member actually shape the toppings on the burger to fit the burger. Meaning if the bacon was too long, she snapped the bacon and layer the remaining piece on top. Great attention to detail on a burger! The drink machine was good, however one machine had no ice. There is plenty of room and spacious to dine in at a safe distance during COVID. The burger andfries completed the experience as both were made perfectly and fresh. Congrats for a great job ????????!
