I?ve been swooning over this lovely little spot! I always have the Chicken Cesar salad meal, which includes a drink and a side... of soup or fries. Given that they utilize peanut oil, which is fantastic, their fries remind me of five guys. Their salads aregenerously portioned, and their meals never fail to satisfy me! Diner? became somewhat of a place where people only went?.basing their opinion solely on the history of the place. And that?swhere they would be wrong! I?m so glad something like ?Hello Bistro? opened up in our town! Considering that the long standingEat N Park has closed down! I?m glad the company retained its relevance in this town to bring us something new and modern! Thesalads are fresh and absolutely amazing! Very reminiscent of an Eat N Park quality food. Nothing out of this world but by no means bad. Atmosphere is fun, modern, and... casual. Service was quick and staff was friendly. Their most defining trait is the choice of an independent bottler for theirpop machine. Some not so standard flavors that really stood out. Also, some fresh brewed teas were available. I'm so excited this popped up in town! I work downtown, so I'm always in need of some lunch options. I heard this place had... burgers, so I placed an order for myself and some of my coworkers online. The process was super convenient, and when I got thereI was directed to wait in the little takeout/pickup area off to the side. My order was ready before the time promised, andsince it was opening day I even won some goodies for myself (: I walked out fairly quick with my order as I was in a rush, butgot a call shortly after. They'd accidentally forgotten one of my burgers (completely understandable, opening day and all) andlet me know to come back right away. I stopped back and grabbed my burger and they handed me a gift card for my "trouble!" Thefood was absolutely delicious, and fair priced for the area.
