I was very unsatisfied with my pizza. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with the stuffed crust pepperoni. And basically got a cheese... pizza with the pepperoni stuffed crust. There was no pepperoni on the rest of the pizza. Not what I ordered. And the guy thatanswered the phone I couldn't even understand him. Read more
Ordered 3.5 hours ahead for a scheduled time. Arrived on time to be told it would be an hour wait. Why even let me schedule a... time if I'm going to have to wait once I get there? And an hour? Really? They said it was because it was a "go ahead" order. Ischeduled it for a reason. Same thing happened to the guy behind me. When i said i wanted to cancel, suddenly its 40 minutes.When i left the store, suddenly it's 20 minutes. When i schedule an order, it should be ready when i get there. Nothing against this actual stores employees, however this was the worst customer experience I have ever had with a Papa Johns.... Ordered 2 medium pizza for delivery from their app, received email confirmation. I check the ?papa tracker? on my app and Idon?t see any movement on the pizza. I figure it?s late night maybe it?s taking a moment. I check back 15 mins AFTER I haveordered, and it says order canceled. No call. No message. No email. I call the store and they were very short and just said thestore was currently closed. The app never listed the store hours when I placed my order at all. I entirely respect not wantingto take delivery orders close to closing time. But perhaps at least call the person whose order is being canceled? Or do notallow orders to be placed within a half hour of closing time on your app? Absolutely ridiculous. Thankfully there was a Dominosnear our hotel that was still available for delivery after we wasted time late night waiting for an order that was nevercoming. Do better Papa Johns. Read more
Ordered online. Received a text that it was ready for pick up... only to arrive and be told that an order for 45 pizzas was... ahead of me! Waited over a half an hour to be given the wrong pizza. Finally got the correct pizza, only to get home and nothave the correct sauce I ordered. So annoyed! Read more
Standard papa johns pizza?slightly more expensive than your other chains but that?s because they claim their ingredients are... fresher?while they might be fresh they are dull and lack flavor in dough sauce or cheese. Only place that delivers to my parentshouse in port matilda and normally are decent quality when in a pinch but check out the poor excuse for an order of breadstickswe got last night! There are maybe 5 normal size sticks and the rest look like misfits and ends of other orders tossed together.Oh well, quick delivery and we were starving. Read more
