This is was probably the dirtiest I?ve seen at this Sheetz location. There?s wrappers and lids on the floors and counters.... Coffee and soda spilled on countertops. Inside the first set of doors there?s stickers all over the floor and used Kleenex aswell. One of the employees was still able to enjoy a cigarette while having her mask half on, pretty sanitary I must say. Read more
My boyfriend got himself a medium milkshake and myself a large mocha frappe. At first they mixed up the sizes for the drinks and... did it opposite. So my boyfriend asked them to make the mocha again because it was wrong and the woman that was working gave himan attitude but she made it wrong AGAIN. Instead of dark chocolate she made it white chocolate. So I asked her to remake itagain. She approached me nicer than she did my boyfriend but she was annoyed that she had to remake it again. Now I?m a sheetzfreak and I get a frozen mocha about every night but don?t usually get it from this store so I know how they make it. She onlyput the ice cream base not the milk and also didn?t put the espresso in my drink. So I basically just got a chocolate milkshake.At this point I didn?t even ask her to remake again because I could tell that she was purposefully doing this and i was tired ofasking her to remake my drink and just wanted to get back home. This woman?s service was terrible and as one customer serviceworker to another if you mess up you fix it properly. It?s not the customers fault that you messed up an order. Read more
Always a line 20 deep and always busy...did this months ago...editing again now after reply, I get it people come off 99 and... stop there however usually only ONE cashier at the counter. Always stand deep in line. Sheets "beer and run" sign is notcorrect. Never. It's bs. Doesn't matter what Sheetz in Centre county it is especially in Centre Hall!! My late cousin built thatSheetz at Lowe's and wouldn't be happy if he knew ",his store" he built was so UN-customer service. Large Lemon ???? Greek Yogurt Smoothie was left behind after my Very Clean Bathroom visit then out to my Honda to get a Tank... full of Sheetz Gas. After an hour I remembered I paid for it but did not get it.. I returned and was made a new one.. thank youso much.. Katie ! And staff for my photo taking treat.
