I get that things get busy. And I get that everyone has staffing issues. But 20 minutes sitting in the drive through is... unacceptable. Seriously. I know you can't control the amount people order but I came through on my lunch break and barely evenhad time to finish the grab and go items I purchased. 20 minutes...it would have been faster to come in the store and get itmyself. What's the point of having a drive through if it's more convenient to go into the store? Do better. Read more
This Sheetz honestly has some of the most rude and unpleasant workers. I genuinely dread when I have to go here. The cashiers... always have an attitude and if you place an order for pick up in the drive through, don?t follow the instructions that theSheetz app gives to you or else they?ll yell at you when you get to the window. I got shorted change. I?ve never had huge issues here but the rudeness got to me when I questioned it and they acted like I was... lying. I know how much money I had. And I know it could have been checked. I hate leaving reviews like this but I won?t be backand I went almost every morning. A little kindness goes a long way. I ordered the app sampler with (2) orders of pickle chips and (1) order of mozzarella sticks. I got half an order of pickle... chips and then the rest was Mac N Cheese bites. Also ordered Tossed garlic parm boneless bites. They came sprinkled withcheese. Not tossed in anything however. Read more
This is a great place to fill up your car and also grab a bite to eat. Employees always seem helpful and cheerful. The... convenient store contains variety of ready to eat food plus made to order food. If you are ordering made to order food, theyhave convenient touch screen kiosks where you can select and configure your exact meal. There is also ample seating space to sitdown and enjoy your meal. I fell in love with their Keto bowl, which is made of meat, cheese and egg. Also, their latte withalmond milk was perfect for my keto diet. Sheetz has plenty of locations in Pennsylvania. Read more
Don't count on them to sell you any beer after 11:30 at night, they're shut down for any alcohol. I went there and the beer cave... was closed so I went to the Sheetz on Colonnade drive and they sold me some, the cut off is 1:45 am which I understand but notat 11:30 PM. Read more
Hi I would give you a 5-star but I've been having issues at night with getting waited on because of the people working... drive-through have to make food and wait on customers at the drive-thru. They get busy I understand that and someone has to bepulled to run register. It's not a huge deal still love Sheetz! I'm just informing that people are waiting to be rung up at theregisters and sometimes we have to wait a bit. The store might be a good candidate for self-checkouts. I did not see any ofthose.
