The employees are all really kind, but I have had multiple issues with ordering food. I can deal with burnt food just fine, but... the last few times I ordered, I either got weird substitutions or the completely wrong item. Just about 10 minutes ago, Iordered a breakfast sandwich with sausage, cheddar, egg white, and bacon on a biscuit. They first gave me French toast sticks,and then a sandwich when I told them it wasn't my order. The sandwich I got had whole egg, bacon, Swiss cheese, and boom boomsauce. I didn't open it in the drive-through because when she said "biscuit," I assumed it was right, but I don't know who intheir right mind would order what I received. I tried it just to see if maybe it would be okay, but nope. Like I said, everyoneis really nice there, but I'm not ordering food again. For the price of the items, it would be nice to get the correct item.Guess it'll save me some money. Read more
Brandon made me a fantastic strawberry smoothie in a quick timely manner and Ambra was very helpful and showed me where the otc... medicines where which is nice when a Manger takes time out to help you find what you need. Each Friday I stop I am waited invery quickly and the state is always clean and friendly and always fast courteous service.. great Job work ethics to thissheetz store. Read more
Other negative reviews were correct at the time they were written, this Sheetz used to be the worst. But, they?ve undergone new... training and added people and completely turned it around, and now it?s up to the standards us Pennsylvanians expect from ourmost used PA company. Read more
Hands down worst Sheetz I've ever ordered from. Burned my breakfast sandwiches twice. Like completely black charred should have... taken a picture of the bread hockey pucks they served me. Will not go here ever again and would give 0 stars if possible. Read more

Enough halbenero sauce to stain the majority of... the subs red, a whole handful of onions on one sub and none on the other, toppings missing, steak was cold but could have beenfrom the amount of habenero sauce on it that was refrigerated. When asked if I wanted a other and I said the manager asked "whatdo you want me to do". Well maybe keep your kitchen staff from goofing off, dancing behind the line and make food. 1 starbecause you can't screw up gas, and they do normally have cheaper gas than others.
