Too busy to take care of my drink.
I'm not a fan of paying $5+ for a drink to find I've just gotten heated milk. This has happened on multiple occasions.

The line of the Starbucks at Patee & Paterno Library was so long that it took me 15 mins to order. There were approximately 50... young people before me. There were only 2 cashiers. I ordered a Matcha Latte Hot and a bagel. Their cream cheese is low sodiumand I love it. Read more
So I forgot that I wasn?t at every other Starbucks where you order when you?re in front and near the pastries. Aside from that a... worker even asked me what I wanted before I got to the cash register. Anywho, there was a girl there ( probably a manager) whotold me not to do that again with a stern voice and grilled me as I walked to the cash register. I noticed when interacting withother customers of her race, she was kind and joyful. Not sure why she couldn?t approach me with that same attitude but herbehavior towards me definitely killed my experience. Read more
I bought a coffee and some jerk knocked it out of my hand outside as he was running in a hurry. Feeling sad, I came back to buy... it again and the staff was kind enough to offer me a free drink. I felt much better and grateful. Good service. Read more
