Worst customer service ever. Extremely rude. I had two bad experiences. One was over the summer. I ordered online then came... walking to the restaurant exhausted from the heat. I wanted to sit and eat my food at the bar and they didn’t let me. Theysaid I have to order again. Didn’t make sense at ALL. I didn’t even want their service. Next time I come in with my headscarf on. I order something with chicken then they serve me this dish!!! It doesn’t look or taste like chicken at ALL. See foryourselves. I called three waitresses to ask if that was chicken they said yes. I didn’t eat that thing and they still forcedme to pay for the pork they served to a Muslim….. Read more

I don't even want to give this place ONE star! They do not deserve it. My sweet friend was excited to try the cuisine at the... restaurant. She has dietary restrictions and was served a type of meat she CAN NOT EAT! When she asked if it was actuallychicken they were rude to her. Terrible service, I went in with a buddy for lunch and the waitress was so rude. She didn't bother taking our drink orders and... so we drank from the water provided until it ran out to which no one bothered to refill. Rather than seeing if their guestsneeded anything the majority of the wait staff seemed content to stand around and chit chat, I mean come on you have 6 to 8waitresses and only 2 of them are actually doing anything. When the food came out it looked great until I noticed how shebrought it out, her thumb was sticking in the bowl. I appreciate the effort the cooks in the back took to make the dish lookpresentable but if the waiting staff doesn't care it kinda defeats the purpose. Read more

Gave me food poisoning and rude service. I went here with some friends. A friends chicken dish came out clearly uncooked. He... asked for something else. They rudely said he would have to pay for something new as it was "too late" (no one even asked for itto be covered, and the food had just come out. He only took one bite). I ate my food, but I shouldn't have because it gave mefood poisoning. I guess mine wasn't fully cooked either. Read more

Cost effective and tasty sushi options! There was plenty of options for all tastes, food came fast, and everything tasted fresh

Delicious and fresh. Very extensive Sushi and Japanese Foods menu.

Good food but avoid dining in. Each of the times I’ve dined in, someone at my table does not receive their food until after... others have completely finished their meals. The staff have also forgotten to give orders and were unaware that the order nevergot delivered. Wait time is very long - on several occasions, we took over an hour to receive 2 orders. Read more
