At 9pm we waited over thirty minutes for ice cream even though there were just a few people in front of us. The guy that works... there seems to be on his phone or something and doesn?t seem to know how to use a cash register or put in the right orders. Tookover 10 minutes on a single order. The front clerk was nice but not customer service friendly. My friend and I walked a mile to come and get carvels ice cream for... the buy one get one free offer they have on their website. They did not honor the buy one get one free. The man Rycevek whosaid he was the supervisor told me to go to the front desk of the hotel and get a paper to say to honor the bogo offer. I wentup there and Jennifer the front desk manager said she did not know what carvels was talking about.The manager of Harvey's hotelwas so nice she came with us back to carvels and still the young man who was a supervisor did not honor the deal on theirwebsite. disappointed with the customer service we received. Ice cream is ok but doesn?t look like the first pic the shop posted
Had a little bit of a hard time locating this place. It's near the arcade/ lobby level for those looking ???? vanilla soft... serve was the absolute best. I will come here again! Read more
