I'm from out of town, and came to get a burger last night (Thursday night, technically Friday because it was after midnight) at... 12:30am after a long day of work. Apparently the hours on their website and Google are wrong because they close at midnightinstead of 1:30am and 1:00am instead of 4:30am, per the security staff. Shouldn't be that hard to update the website and Googlewith the correct hours. Read more
I recently visited Fatburger for the first time, located inside Harrahs Casino and Hotel. I needed something quickly while I... was going to update my Caesars Rewards card at the Rewards Desk. I asked the gentleman, Robert, who took my order, if theyhonored the Rewards members card. He said unfortunately not, but that they would like to. Robert is the manager and he is hopingthat Harrahs and Caesar's Entertainment will add Fatburger to their Rewards Dining options as he has had many other guests askfor this. Also, Robert was extremely pleasant and had my Crispy Chicken Sandwich ready for me when I returned to the counter. Myfirst impression is that Robert is not only efficient but most importantly, a genuine and kind person and therefore, anexcellent manager. Thank you Robert! Read more
We had the original fat burger and the western bacon BBQ burgers with skinny fries and a chocolate shake. The fries and shake... were good. Real ice cream in the shake and crispy flavorful fries. The burgers were the letdown, they are fat, but lackedflavor. They'll fill you up, but the lack of flavor doesn't make it worth the cost. I know food is always more expensive in acasino/hotel, but it's pricey for what you get. A meal at McDonald's would have tasted better, and cost a quarter of what wespent. Read more
Way overpriced and generic food. Very limited venue. Avoid at best.
This location is inside the food court of the casino, sharing tables with other restaurants located therein. With that in mind,... there wasn't that much seating. We came later in the evening and were able to find a place to sit. We ordered a cheeseburger,which we split, and I ordered it medium rare. The order was perfect! We also ordered the skinny fries and onion rings as well,and they were awesome. I would definitely eat here again. Read more
The cashier and a few other workers were quite unprofessional. Cashier was sitting hands on chin (annoyed looking maybe had a... bad day????) and was really rude. Was new and never had Fatburgers before and was really looking forwards to it too? Burgerswere meh? you could get better and a combo elsewhere for the price. For 20.00 bucks a burger you'd expect it to be the best you ever had. Absolutely sucked. Service was soooo slow. Will never... be back. Read more
