We bought our uncle here to get food for himself for dinner. I?m not rating the food but yet the service we got. The young man... behind the counter was not only dealing with my uncles annoying order but gave my husband corn bread because he said he wantedit. I will not spend another Dime in this Place. Managers are rude to employees as well as customers just not right some of the... elder customers I hear them getting annoyed with not treating them nicely at all like it's a chore for them to be working alwaysa chubby short dark skinned woman very rude truly the worst worker will just be on the phone mid order at the same time findinghorrible looks she should be fired or moved to another location. Just shut this place down. Why even bother keeping it open? Manager was rude and condescending. I kid you not, the chicken was... over $30 and the size of a cornished hen. On the day I went I personally did not have a good experience. When I walked in there were no other customers. There was two... people working, a regular employee and a manager. The manager was fighting on the phone not sure with who. The employee that washelping me was not that helpful. I asked him if they would honor the t mobile Tuesday discount. He said no, then asked themanager and said oh we do. Then I asked if they offer the ham dinner bc of Easter. He stated no we don't have any ham. But thereis a sign saying they offer it. He then went to the manager and she said oh yes we have. My cuts for the ham was really uneven.I mean huge pieces then small pieces, they were not even closely even. Once I got to the cash register. I was initially chargedlike $14 bucks including the 5 dollar t mobile discount. I had to show them their add saying there's no way a regular size hamdinner cost this much with the discount. So she said she would give me a discount. Once I got home I looked at the receipt andsaw she was charging me for a larger turkey dinner. Problems: employees were not friendly and didn't know their own menu. I didnot feel like I was being helped at all. They didn't care if they messed up. No sorry at all. * food was good though. I have loved this place since I was a kid. Literally the same menu since the last 15 years butttt? it never gets old. Chicken is... always fresh and the mashed potato and corn is amazing. Not too pricy and always a must. Read more
