Food was enjoyable. It was very easy to order/it was touchscreen. Girl working there was very knowledgeable, very helpful &... honest with her reviews. Place was clean, I love the fact that you have to scan your receipt to get your food so there is noconfusion. Everything was reasonably priced. Dumplings were filled & meaty. Mac & cheese was my favorite of everything Iordered. Gyro dumpling wasn't my least favorite, tasted weird to me. Cheese burger was good as well. Overrated. Overpriced. The dumplings were small. We ordered three 6 samplers. One of the flavors we chose was mac and cheese.... Took a bite into it to find only two pieces of pasta in it. The Buffalo ranch didn?t even have any ranch flavor to it. Thechicken parm was just nasty. The bacon cheeseburger was the only decent one. Not worth it. Read more
this restaurant is an insult to dumplings everywhere. it cost me $14 for 6 dumplings that were incredibly small and had... tasteless fillings. short rib, gyro, and reuben are all just mushy meat fillings and dont even make for a good experience. whythe hell am i eating these random foods as a dumpling? the biggest slap in my face is paying $14 for a shrimp bowl with threepathetic shrimp, a handful of costco coleslaw, and like three pounds of rice. i waited 20 minutes for all this and their kiosksystem doesnt even tell you when your food is ready on the screen. for the love of god, if you want dumplings, go to EmperorHouse or Green Garden, which are a five minute walk and half the price. this restaurant is an egregious cash grab trying to selloverpriced dumplings with random american flavors that is an offense to any person who has tried a real dumpling Read more
This place is not worth it! Everything is overpriced. I ordered the pork and cabbage in crispy and steamed and it barely had any... flavor and it was so small for the price, I also got the crispy shrimp rice bowl and the rice wasn't cooked. I spent $30 forsuch small portions. Overall the place is nice and customer service is pretty good but the food is just not it. Read more
Waited 25min for 2 items. Witness two customers orders had missing items. We got soup dumplings and chicken rice platter. 3pc... of dumplings costs $8, I believe it?s over priced. The soup has no flavor, dumplings were acceptable. The chicken and rice wasall right, small portion for its price point. Absolutely disgusting. We came here when it first opened after being excited for months to try it. We ordered the mac n cheese... dumplings, the short rib dumplings, the pastrami dumplings and the apple pie dumplings. Firstly, they are WILDLY overpriced,the dumplings are barely over an inch large and you only get 3-4 per serving which is $7+. Secondly, the dough is either soggyflavorless ravioli texture or thin overly microwaved cardboard texture. Third, the fillings were comparable only to dog food.How you can possibly mess up mac n cheese? I don't know but they managed. The pastrami and short rib were literally baby foodconsistency, and smelled identical to dog food. I ordered the short rib for myself and got food poisoning. I was literally stuckin the bathroom for 2 days because of it. Last but not least, the dessert was just sugary mush and it was barely palatable. Youcan expect to pay way too much for dollar store quality dumplings and feel not only disappointed, but sick to your stomach.-1/10 do not recommend. Read more
