Writing this review for my friend, because he's too nice to do it. The two of us frequent this restaurant often. We enjoy the... food and the atmosphere. Yesterday my friend brought his family to the Richmond Avenue location, and the manager on dutypulled him off to the side to accuse us of not paying the bill the last two times we were there. The manager additionallyaccused us of buying drinks for women who were at the bar. My friend called me to see if I remembered the last night we werethere, and confirm we paid. The manager told him not to bother to check, because he wouldn't find anything. I told him thedate and he was able to find the credit card receipt to show we paid. When he showed the manager, the manager told my friendthat he must have confused him with someone else. How about before you accuse someone of not paying you make sure you have theright person, and maybe don't accuse people of trying to pick up women. Also, maybe look internally to your own wait staff, because if money is missing, someone is clearly stealing. This is beyond frustrating, for my friend and for me. Like I saidwe go to this restaurant often, and to be treated this way is not how you retain customers. Neither I nor my friend will everreturn to this restaurant again.
