Writing this review for my friend, because he's too nice to do it. The two of us frequent this restaurant often. We enjoy the... food and the atmosphere. Yesterday my friend brought his family to the Richmond Avenue location, and the manager on dutypulled him off to the side to accuse us of not paying the bill the last two times we were there. The manager additionallyaccused us of buying drinks for women who were at the bar. My friend called me to see if I remembered the last night we werethere, and confirm we paid. The manager told him not to bother to check, because he wouldn't find anything. I told him thedate and he was able to find the credit card receipt to show we paid. When he showed the manager, the manager told my friendthat he must have confused him with someone else. How about before you accuse someone of not paying you make sure you have theright person, and maybe don't accuse people of trying to pick up women. Also, maybe look internally to your own wait staff, because if money is missing, someone is clearly stealing. This is beyond frustrating, for my friend and for me. Like I saidwe go to this restaurant often, and to be treated this way is not how you retain customers. Neither I nor my friend will everreturn to this restaurant again. Food and service was ok tried their buffalo chicken salad my wife had the lunch special 10 boneless chicken wings with a dry rub... and salad. The chicken in my salad was whole strips, not cut up and mixed in my salad. Had to cut the chicken up myself notthrilled with that and the salad needed more hot sauce dressing. I was embarrassed yesterday after inviting a friend to eat here. The food was awful. I asked for honey boneless wings and i got... regular bbq i told the waiter and he said no thats honey bbq. Mac cheese was terrible and the fries were terrible too. I feltbad and had to go elsewhere to get food for me and my friend. Total waste of money. Read more
