Unfortunately I?ve had a bad experience recently, I was waiting at the drive thru speaker after they just opened. They didn?t... say a word. Than I drive up to the window and the lady had an attitude and said she can?t take orders from the window, I justdrove off after saying o.k. I didn?t know what she would do to my food. I went to one off Victory and Richmond blvd. The guygreeted me with a smile and wave from the parking lot as I walked in. It?s unfortunate because there is an employee at the otherone that?s always friendly, she really is a cool kid, and I hate that a had to give a bad review because of her coworker. Read more
When they first opened in 1972 we were at I.S. 51 up the street and we always wanted to have some fries and a burger sometimes... after school! Back then the burgers were awesome with that charcoal broiled taste and good fries, chicken sandwiches andshakes! Few things are as good as they were back in the day (Cutting corners to save time and money only to serve mediocreproducts) and this includes their burgers. They lost that great taste and are pre-made and warmed up :(. The fries are goodthough after being changed a couple times. Not enthused to go back anytime soon! Read more
Got my order wrong. I ordered spicy chicken sandwich and I got the regular chicken sandwich. Instead of fixing my order she... tried to say I was wrong. So I had to let her now that the spicy chicken comes with a sauce that makes it spicy and mine didn'thave that instead it had mayonnaise. She felt dumb and apologized. Horrible place. Read more
The service at this location was Terrible. The woman taking the order was rude. Almost as if we were disturbing her and we were... the Only Customers at that time. So it wasn't like she was overwhelmed with Customers. One of our orders was wrong. We ended upgoing to McDonald's. Read more
Very rude staff. Unable to make simple orders correctly in a timely manner. Supervisor tried to argue with me that my order was... correct when it was clearly wrong. How does these people still have jobs? Obviously the problem is higher up because nothinggets done about it. Read more

Well located right at the traffic signal for ease of access. You can always get in from multiple sides. Service had always been... exemplary. The special thing about them is that they are really fast in their service as well as they always serve really warmburgers. Kudos to being fast and fresh. Read more
