I?m a frequent Carvel customer. I probably stop and order a Reese?s sundae dasher anywhere between 2-3 times a week. This was... the first time stopping at this Carvel location last Thursday. This place was nice and clean, and there was also seating insideto enjoy your ice cream. I ordered the Reese?s sundae dasher with triple brownie ice cream with no hot fudge or whip cream andwith extra peanut butter. I asked the guy to start my dasher with peanut butter, and he told me no he wouldn?t do that! Ithought that was ridiculous since I?m a paying customer. That?s why I?m taking off a star as I usually rate Carvel 4 stars. The Reese?s dasher is delicious, but besides the fact that the guy wouldn?t start my dasher with peanut butter. He barely putany peanut butter when I requested extra peanut butter as you can see in my picture. Kinda disappointing. I?m probably won?tbe returning to this location again. Read more
Always a great experience. Owner is usually in the store and keeping a close eye on quality. Staff is friendly and helpful. I... don't have a preferred product or flavor and they always answer all my questions and help me find a good fit for whatever I'm inthe mood for at the moment. Read more
Thank u for the beautiful cake for my sons 5th birthday. Excellent service from start to finish. So many conpliments and my son... wss so happy. Best experience working with any carvel and I have used several for cakes throughout the years.
