BEWARE! My girlfriend went Carvel to get me a sundae and other ice cream treats. The reason why I asked her to go is because I... have a broken ankle. She gets back, I open my sundae and on the first bite I eat a human hair. Not the end of the world it?s alittle unpleasant. I called Carvel explain to them the girl turns around and says will bring it back and I told her I have abroken ankle I can?t leave the house while there?s nothing we can do she didn?t apologize she wasn?t sincere I asked for amanager they don?t have a manager there?s only employees and the owner the owner wasn?t there the girl was rude andunprofessional. This is my second unpleasant experience with this location. It?s out of my hands now. I?m calling the healthdepartment. Maybe They should be a little more considerate to the Study customers. I only walked in once on Memorial Day to buy some pre made ice cream sandwiches and everything was fine. I am not one to ever... say something is expensive but damn... they seem a little expensive. The place is huge also which is nice and they have seatingfor you to sit. The parking lot of this shopping center sucks though. Read more
