The real looking reviews are accurate. NO JUNGLE GYM as shown in pictures, food took really really long. place was clean, staff... was friendly. Pizza good, wings not crunchy or saucy. Idk how much $ cause my husband paid. I think we paid $18 for 1 hour play.I don?t know the cost of food. No entry fee. We wanted to use jungle gym as advertised in pics, so I?m giving 4 stars. Never again! We?ve gone here a few times post-pandemic with friends, but our last experience topped it all. Waited nearly 2... hours for cheesy bread only to be told ?I need to understand that when the front registers aren?t communicating with the backkitchen? and was lied to that they ?don?t do birthday cakes anymore? I brought my 3 year old here for his birthday. We were the first customers to arrive. We were greeted at the door by a... gentleman. He helped me with my online code as well. The staff were very polite and accommodating! There was a hiccup with thecomputer so we waited briefly and the manager gave us 250 free tickets as an apology! My son had a great time! The games andrides were clean and in working order. The staff even gave him a complimentary Lollie pop for his birthday! It was a great timeall due to the staff! Took my teenagers here recently and we all had a great time! This location is very clean and has a ton of games to play for... every age. Jason and the rest of the staff are really nice.
