best dunkin donuts on the island literally the only dunkin donuts within a 10 mile radius that doesn't just give you regular... bacon when you order snacking bacon it actually has all the good tasty stuff they are supposed to put on them. The morning shiftare some of the nicest and most accommodating people. Always come here even tho there's a dunkin 3 mins away from me I drive 15mins to this one. Every time you go in there they never have the coffee they advertise the dark roast almost never and if by chance there is there... tipping the poor to the side to give you the very end of the pot GROSSor you have to wait for it to be brewed I have to go towork I don't have time to wait. I tried this location on the recommendation of a longtime family friend. I ordered at the drive thru. The server was polite and... recited back my order verbatim. What I received was not what I had ordered. I asked for iced coffee very light with milk,caramel, and no sugar. I received iced coffee a little darker than what I prefer, no caramel, and a whole lot of granular sugar.I was on my way to work for another 12-hour day and didn't have time to go back. Could it have been miscommunication between theserver and the actual preparer of the beverage or they were busy and gave me the wrong cup, by accident? I was not happy. Iunderstand that mistakes happen, but I really needed a really good cup of coffee that day - my way. This was the first DunkinDonuts I went to on the South Shore of Staten Island, this week, and received coffee that tasted different from other locations,which I have highly regarded in other Google Maps reviews.
