Call me nuts but.... blue raspberry coolatta is a must year round. Awesome coffee and obviously the donuts

Good service. Sometimes out of oatmilk or decaf but that's not a bad sign. It's a busy place..

The staff here is so rude. People have completely lost their manners. Rolling her eyes. I TRIED to purchase ice latte and she... basically gave me a cup of milk. I asked for a latte. She continue to say it was . I said I need more coffee ( it was WHITE). Iam very patient but these two female staff had my blood boiling. I had to walk away and they kept my money. Good afternoon, I am a loyal customer at Dunkin’ Donuts . I had the worst experience at the Dunkin’ Donuts in Staten Island,... NY on Richmond hill road. The guy at the register was very unprofessional I had intentions on making a purchases but after beingtreated the way I did I walked out without purchasing anything . This Duncan is a disgusting location. I literally walked out without my order. The girl who was making my food doesn't follow... food preparation guidelines. The management is a big joke as well. extremely unprofessional and dose not care about thecustomers. Three months ago this was the best dunkin on the island, I don't know if the manager was transferred or left the company but... this store has fallen off fast!! They use to never make mistakes on your orders, and was always clean. Now I'm lucky if I get myorder correct once a week and the food prep area is filthy! Read more
