What a Great Establishment. I visit them everyday usually in the mornings. At this point the Manager/Owner and her staff know my... order without me having to say a word. I am very disappointed with this establishment. I occasionally order from here via door dash and I would say 9/10 times I?ve... ordered, the order has been completely incorrect. It?s like the people working the over night shift completely disregard what isordered and just gives you what THEY want you to have. After receiving another incorrect order via door dash last night, Idecided to drive to the establishment. I re ordered my meal which were 3 bagels with strawberry cream cheese and 4 orders of the?snackin? bacon?, to which the staff member working that night asked me if I was ?sure? i wanted all that bacon...I ordered it,so yes I?m sure. After receiving my order I checked to make sure it was correct and it wasn?t again! I ordered SNACKIN BACON(maple sugar peppercorn bacon ? AS ADVERTISED) and the person who works over night gave me regular bacon. When i went to returnit and get the Maple sugar bacon he told me that the ?snackin? bacon? is the regular bacon and if I wanted the Maple sugar baconI ?should have specified? that i wanted the maple sugar bacon. In every other DD all I have to say is ?snackin? bacon? and theyautomatically know to cook the Maple Sugar bacon so why at this DD does it have to be specified? He then tried to get me to payfor the additional bacon, despite me trying to give him back the regular bacon. I frequent this DD a lot and it is very RAREthat i am NOT disappointed. Please do better.
