This is the worst Dunkin? Donuts. I have given them too many chances. I have tried 3 different times to get one drink and they... have gotten it wrong EVERY single time. And when I politely asked them to change it they still could not get it right. I don?tknow if they?re staff is not being trained but something needs to change. I also found a hair on my food so not only was mydrink not right I couldn?t even enjoy my food. Read more

WENT THERE IN THE AFTERNOON AND BOTH DOORS WERE LOCKED. THEY SIGNALED AT ME TO GO AND ORDER THRU THE DRIVE THRU. I WENT TO THE... DRIVE THRU WITH CARS BEHIND ME AND THERE WERE KIDS ORDERING FROM THE DRIVE THRU. I TOLD THE CLERK THAT PUTTING PEOPLE TO ORDERIN THE DRIVE THRU IS DANGEROUS ESPECIALLY FOR KIDS. SO THEN I WENT BACK 2 WEEKS AFTER AND THEY HAD THE DOORS LOCKED AGAIN. THISTIME I HAD TO BANG ON THE WINDOWS TO GET THE ATTENTION. THERE WERE ABOUT 5 PEOPLE WAITING OUTSIDE. WHEN WE GOT IN WE ORDERED ANDI WAS ABOUT TO LEAVE WHEN AGAIN THE DOORS WERE LOCKED. SO I TOLD THE MANAGER AND ASKED WHY THEY KEEP LOCKING THE DOORS. AND HESAID ITS BECAUSE THEY GET TOO MANY PEOPLE INSIDE. SO I TOLD HIM THATS THE POINT. ITS A BUSINESS. AND HE SAID "I DONT NEED YOURADVISE." BESIDES THE EMPLOYEES BEING INCOMPETENT AND RUDE, THEY ARE VIOLITING A FIRE SAFETY HAZARD BY LOCKING PEOPLE IN. LASTTIME I WILL GO IN THERE. Read more
