The ABSOLUTE WORST!!! 25 people working and no one knows what's going on. Waited 15 minutes for a plain coffee and a donut . ... They set a coffee out on the counter and never announced that it was there or what it was. Everybody handled my "coffee" (whichthey got wrong and made a cappuccino) trying to figure out if it was theirs. Nobody announced it was a medium coffee and itwasn't labeled. AND no donuts - had to wait an extra few minutes for that. With all the Dunkin' Donuts in Staten Island, whywould anyone go to this one????? Read more

Best Dunkin?. Orders are perfect and customer service is always great!

Today must have been a bit of an off day for the workers because they are usually spot on and deliver food and beverages quickly... and accurately. There seemed to be some confusion following the orders and there were missing or duplicate items but all in alleverything tasted great. Read more

The girl names Zeenat at this store can?t make coffee to save her own life! Not only was she so nasty when she asked what I... wanted but did she give me the dirtiest look as I was retrieving my coffee. If you want me to be honest nobody should come tothis Dunkin because the customer service is terrible and they can?t even make the coffee right. They got my order wrong, had an attitude about me and partner correcting them, and didn't have there mask on when handling... anything and. Have had problems with thid location on multiple occasions when they complain when you use a coupon to get adiscount. Read more

Guy that works there with a mustache is rude and refused to serve me. I think he don?t like Latinos. Went to get a coffee the... other night and this fool told me that he was done serving for the day. I won?t patronize this location ever again. Read more

Absolutely the worst location. No one wants to work. Went there at 2 hours before closing time and the guy refused to make... coffees for me claiming ?he cleaned the machine? and was done for the night. Close the doors if you people don?t want to serveanymore. What a way to be treated especially with a Tim Hortons further down the road. Read more
