Ordered cheese burger combos for me and my boyfriend for the first time and their food was off the charts! The burgers were so... perfect juicy and everything was fresh and hit the spot! The fries were delicious as well and the mozzarella sticks are bomb!Food came hot and was delivered to my door in just 15 minutes! If i could give this place 100 stars i would. I placed this order through GrubHub and the delivery was fine. The problem was the restaurant. My girlfriend ordered a double... cheese burger combo with fries and I ordered a fried chicken sandwich combo with onion rings. I THOUGHT they sent a singleburger by mistake and said so to my girlfriend. She said, "That isn't a chicken sandwich, is it?" Turns out it was, sortof?burned blacker than a beef burger and also rock hard, totally inedible. My onion rings were likewise burned. So, the "cook"at Fire Grilled Burgers managed to utterly ruin my entire meal and not even notice what sh1te they were sending out! I mean,look at it. Look. At. It. We could probably have cut the remaining double cheeseburger in half and managed to choke it down,but it was also overcooked and tasted like the grill. Thoroughly put off by my burned, yet still served (why would any cook withany pride in their work serve something obviously inedible and unfit for human consumption?) food, we decided against. I calledthe store to say what happened and the person who answered was nice enough, and said to contact GrubHub for a refund, which Idid. Around the time I was initiating a return with GrubHub, someone from Fire Grilled Burgers called my other number twice,which I missed, so I called back, TO HELP THEM, figuring out they probably wanted more details so they could figure out whathappened and improve their kitchen or something. BUT IN FACT, the person from Fire Grilled who called me back said he wascalling about someone else's order and HUNG UP ON ME while I was explaining the problem with mine. Have ordered from this establishment quite a few times and it?s time I gave it a review. I typically order on ubereats since... their food are made fairly quick and gets delivered asap. Their burger are really good. It?s a juicy burger so the bun getssoggy and the paper wrap rips apart. I love the side orders especially their fries. They run out of the milkshakes a lot whichis okay nothing wrong with water. In my book it?s a great spot and will continue to order here when I?m working in the area. Read more
Me & the bestie decided to give this place a try. What captured my attention was seeing the girl hand make the burgers in the... back. I loved my burger. You could taste the grill on the burger felt like I was at a cookout. Would make a suggestion inseasoning the fries. I know their homemade in my preference it would make a huge difference. This place does offer dine-inoption there's only 4 tables. Customer service was good until it was off putting when the counter girl told me to grab my sodaon the way out when dine in was available. I would change the way you talk to customers into something more welcoming????that'swhy I gave the 4stars. Everything else is ok. Read more
I have seen some reviews saying their food arrives cold, didn't happen to me. I ordered a one patty cheeseburger. It was nice... and warm, fries were still hot, when they were delivered. They have sensible portions, their large fries are like small friesfrom 5 guys, but def enough for 1 person. The burger was good. I am not gonna say it was great, but it was pretty good.
