Great place with great food. My co worker brought to work and It was amazing. The service could of been better.
My friend and I had dinner in Jac Mao and ordered Roast Pork and Shrimp fried rice. The food was pretty good with such... affordable prices, and the waitress was not entirely friendly but not rude at all. The entrance was difficult to find, but youcould ask people around. I ordered food from here and paid 50 for my meal and didnt have enough to tip so i chose to not to tip. They called me... immediately and said how come i didnt tip and demanded a tip and said this what you do in America you supposed to tip ( notmandatory for anybody to tip). They cooked my food and had it delivered to me in less than 20 minutes when the driver arrived hewas furious i was unable to tip and cursed at me in Cantonese (he thought i didnt know) even though they are only one block awayfrom my job and i could have walked there but i have a real job so I couldn't. I've ordered here for several years but they're not consistent. Today, they sent me something different than I ordered (I wanted... steamed broccoli and got sauteed instead for $13). The hostess insisted that was the correct order (I actually ordered chickenlo mein). Since when is an order of steam broccoli more expensive than chicken lo mein?
