Their food is phenomenal. I don?t understand why this place gets such sub par reviews. Yes, I?m not greek, but I?ve had many... greek places on the island and none of them are as fresh and good quality as this place. The meat is always juicy and fresh,never dry or oily like in other places. I?ve been to other greek places where the meat was literally rotten from sitting out allday. I also love the lemon potatoes and the mustard mayo! Will continue to get my greek food from Kuzina for years to come! Read more
Usually the food in Kuzina is great but tonight subpar and I was extremely disappointed. First off I ordered online using... whereyoueat.com which is on their website, long story short it took 2hrs to get my food. The food was cold, the fries were soggyand the tomato salad was filled with liquid from sitting so long. I called the restaurant after the 1st hr and was told thedelivery guy was experiencing traffic, which is understandable. After an additional half hour I called again and asked if allwas ok with my order in which I was placed on hold so the person who answered can speak to the manager. They again blamed it ontraffic and said my order is not the only order being delivered... of course I know this, but I simply reply saying I live only1 mile away and even in traffic the food should not take an hr and a half to be delivered. Well, 2hrs later and the delivery guycame and was so apologetic. I did not blame him at all and figured the restaurant was just backed up. Needless to say customerservice was lacking and super disappointing to me as a loyal customer of theirs. No offer of comping anything, no apologies.Maybe it was just a bad night? But for the amt of money I spent maybe a little bit more could've been done. Read more
Meh... Lemon potatoes were okay. Lamb and chicken was average. I honestly expected a place that advertised authentic Greek... cuisine to be at least par with Mikes dinner. Next time I'll save myself $25 and buy from the cart in Eltingville. Read more
