The staff was very nasty when I asked them to give me one minute because I was ordering through the app and my phone was on... slow. So nasty and pushy that I didn't finish on the app which I don't get my points. I just gave them the order. So not onlydid I lose the points I also lost the free shake and I paid more money. First time I went there my father and I was getting breakfast for the house while while my mother had shingles.???? I wanted the... big breakfast with pancakes and a mango smoothie. it was a little complicated. I didn't know what to get. My mind had to processthrough the whole thing. Second time I was there it was after I went to my doctor's appointment for the new program that I wasin. I had to hurry up and pick out what I want. I felt rushed.???? Nobody understood what I was talking about or going through.Then I saw a homeless man asking me for food that I just brought. So yeah I'm not saying that I like it. I just got a quarter pounder with cheese and the patty is LITERALLY cold.... my first bite was 30 secs outta the drive... thru....... long wait.... very sketchy dark drive up.... would avoid at all costs. Read more

You have to wait a while to have order taken and 15 min to get food. The food was ok no complaints.
I went in with my family last week, Kaelly took my order, she was supper sweet, nice and attentive and was quick as well such a... nice girl her customer service was top notch. I went again later that week and was helped out by Anthony, nice young man supperquick and attentive as well great customer service . This McDonald?s is one of the dirtiest, most disgusting places I?ve very been too. First, the workers had music playing so loud... that they were yelling at each other instead of just turning the music off. Second, the way they would speak to each other islike they were talking outside to there friends; cursing and in each other face. Third, No manager anywhere. Fourth, Garbage wason the tables and floors, and not one worker would clean it. Fifth, young teens are selling drugs inside and out of thebathroom doing transactions. Six, I managed to see all these things while I waited 7 mins for someone to take a simple order ofthree cookies. I'm giving this McDonald's a 4 because of the overall experience. The food and customer service is GOOD. I've never had a... problem. However, the parking drives me nuts. Going in and out of the parking lot is an ordeal. Drive-thru is stressful. Sometimes I will park a little further and walk, just to avoid the driving drama. Otherwise, food is good. Read more
