BUFFALO BILL WRAP - NOT ! My first time giving Mona Lisa?s a shot. Disappointing ! It seems impossible to get a real Buffalo... chicken wrap on Staten Island, so tonight I gave Mona Lisa?s a shot. No bueno. It was not bad in terms of quality but it wasNOT a Buffalo chicken wrap and was not as described: BUFFALO BILL WRAP: Fried chicken, fresh mozzarella, buffalo sauce, bluecheese & shaved carrots. What I got instead: Fried chicken - check, fresh mozzarella - a shaving or 2, buffalo sauce - athimbleful, blue cheese - NONE, shaved carrots - NONE. In reality what I got was a chicken cutlet-tortilla wrapped-panini, witha sprinkle of mootz & a dash of buffalo sauce - but I certainly did NOT get a BUFFALO CHICKEN WRAP. Therefore, my search for alegitimate Buffalo Chicken Wrap on Staten Island continues. Buffalo Chicken Wrap = buffalo infused grilled chicken, dicedonion, diced tomatoes, real blue cheese or blue cheese crumble, and sometimes shaved carrots, wrapped in a tortilla. Read more
The pizza is great. They have some specialty pies that are just amazing. They don't accept credit/debit cards though.
Just got our fresh mozzarella and pepperoni pies delivered and they were OUTSTANDING! The freshest ingredients and best flavor... ever! Been a customer for 10 years and look forward to many more years to come. Nobody beats Mona Lisa- Thank you for thedelicious food! Read more
There were at least 6 people behind the counter, 1 of them properly wearing the mask, other two were keeping the mask under the... chin, 3 without mask. While waiting I saw the manager allowing customer without a mask. Come on, respect your co-worker even ifyou don't care about the customers. Apart from risking others health, this is a business disobeying local laws... God knowswhat else is going on in the kitchen. Read more
People wandering aimlessly to find the perfect slice of pizza. Others around the store are blinded considering that this special... joint is right under their noses. The Buffalo Chicken Pizza I ate from Mona Lisa Pizzeria is THE best pizza slice I'VE EVER HAD.Carmine the pizza guy was a caring and kind individual who perfectly and meticulously handcrafted my pie to perfection. If I hadthe ability to rate this 10 stars I would gladly give it that rating. The Buffalo Pizza I saw on display was on a thicker crust,and I prefer a thin crust. Carmine met and exceeded my expectations for a pizza joint employee. He took my request to put thedeliciously looking Buffalo Pizza on a thin crust rather than the thick.
