I ordered the Valentine's bucket 1. They only put in 11 heart pretzels 2. They only put 13 rivets in bottom of bucket 3. They... didn't include the balloon And they had the nerve to charge $32 And they did not have my order ready by pick up time Last yearI ordered the same item from a NJ Philly Pretzel Factory and they filled the bucket with like 40 rivets (the bucket was full)gave me my full dozen of heart pretzels and they only charged $25. I checked other Philly stores and they are also charging$25. This Staten Island store is a disappointment and a rip off! Read more
