Just ate there the other day. Real nice place in the new shopping center. Manager helped me and it was quick to get my food.
The food was good, not great. The staff seems untrained and don't know how to complete or expedite an order. The manager didn't... know if they had Mac n cheese, or if they had coleslaw. Idk how before you have the lunch rush you can be out of sides. Thenthree things I ordered were missing from the bag. I was the only customer in the store! It's sad because I was so I excited toget a Popeyes! We'll give them one more shot and see if things get better. Read more

Now I understand why this new store have poor reviews. Inconsiderate manager, lots of excuses, unlike other Popeyes stores they... give you what you requested. I?ve been a regular customer for so many years,their food has been in our table once or even twicea week and only this store is not considerate enough for my request ( I only eat breast and thigh part due to personal reasons).Stay away from this store. Ordered ahead online for drive thru pick up. When I got to the window they haven?t even started making my order and the store... was empty! The lady told me she will take care of it and for me to go inside and wait. I went inside and had to wait over 20minutes thinking that they?re making my food just for them to tell me they forgot about my order and had to make more. Order two 2 pieces and the chicken was still pink when I got home. The person who took my order was more into yelling at... everyone instead of taking my order as well. I had to repeat the simple order about 5 times cause she kept walking away to yellinstead of focusing on the window. Definitely will stay away from here for now on Read more
Not good at all. I ordered a 5pc wing dinner with mashed potatoes. The young lady who obviously has no idea what she was doing,... rushed to the register to take my order. During this process she bragged about not needing a job because she was 16. I worked at16, there are plenty of other people who work at 16. However she got my order completely wrong, I ended up with 4pc wing andfrench fries. Just smh. She needs to find other work or y'all need to keep her in the back. Read more
