Usually decent, but lately a fail. Worst Sicilian pizza...watery sauce, uncooked topping, way too thin dough....just pitiful

Any times i've order slices for pick up, the pizza is never hot, just barely warm. I live down the block so it's not like the... pizza is getting cold in a 2 min drive. Recently ordered 2 mushroom slices and they put the mushrooms on top of already madeplain slices, which is fine, but they didn't heat it up enough so mushrooms were cold, soggy. The appetizers they have areusually always good (mozarella sticks, wings) & never have an issue with those orders, probably because they're made on thespot. Read more
I ordered a Chicken Francese pie tonight for my family and unfortunately the pie was nothing like I had in the past from pronto.... That would've been acceptable if the customer service was better. When I called to ask if they had changed the pie the girl onthe phone gave me an attitude asking me "so what's the problem, they changed it, they changed it!" When I asked to speak to amanager she came back to the phone and said they can't speak. The pizza had the taste of carbon but I hadn't tasted it yet whileI was on the phone. I didn't even bother calling about that. What would've been the use in complaining about my $20 pie beingburnt If I couldn't even get the respect of the manager to speak to me. Read more
