Amazing flavors, good food, excellent and fast service, the food is really delicious and everything was perfect, the rice, the... domplings, the Bento Box, the Sushi. The only bad thing was the plastic fork, please include a bigger plastic fork or even awood-made fork as an option for a price, the plastic fork included is a real shame for a delicious restaurant like Sarku. You donot need to save a few pennies using these minuscules forks. Keep doing everything as usual, your food is great, the service isgreat. I ordered a chicken teriyaki bento box today, the chicken is mostly burned, had no taste of teriyaki sauce at all, sushi roll is... loosely wrapped, the vegetables didn't taste good either. To be fair, maybe the food tastes better other days but it certainlydidn't taste good today! $11 wasted! I will probably never eat there again. Read more

I want to make this to the Public. The chinese guy with the red hat at Sarku Japan at Styrn Island Mall was preparing my meal... after I have paid for a mixed chicken and shrimp with white rice. I have noticed he was cleaning the grill eith a cleaning tooland use the same tool to serve the food. I also noticed my food look and smell burn that i have to throw everything to thegarbige. Next time i will take video and report to Dept of Health and Sanitation to take a look at this unhealthy business. This business can put anyone in health risk. I plan to report them today anyway. I love the food at Sarku, BUT WILL NEVER EAT HERE AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN! The woman manager here IS WAY OUT OF CONTROL,... Absolutely DOWNRIGHT NASTY, SCREAMING AT THE CUSTOMERS!!! This location has friendly chefs, BUT THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO CLOSE EARLY,AT LEAST 1/2 HOUR BEFORE THEIR ONLINE POSTED CLOSING TIME. So, you walk up to the counter and you get SCREAMED AT, LIKEtonight, WE'RE CLOSED, GO AWAY!!! Her arms flailing in rage. THIS Happened at 6:30pm today & other times, with their postedclosing time of 7pm. Last year I contacted their corporate headquarters in Canada about this, nothing was ever done.
