They only have black people working and they don't put effort into work. I went for food and it was cold. They serve you... reluctantly and they answer you with a bad attitude when you see a black person in a kitchen. First time buying from sonic and this will be my last time, order a single cheeseburger and small onion rings, the onion rings... was burnt with no taste and the burger wasn?t fully cooked, it was cold and the cheese was not even melted. I wish I would haveread the reviews from sonic on page Ave before purchasing there food, I guess they have a practice of serving cold or burntfood, this place need a new management and they should have there employees trained on how to prepare food. The drinks were fine but we visited at 11pm and they close at 12am so I am assuming they were trying to close early because they... told us the "ice cream machine was broken" it wasn't because we watched the people ahead of us get some and we ordered ourdrinks and the drive thru staff cut us off and ended our order. Only went here to get the Shark Week slushie, they claimed their machine is ?broken? and can?t do it meanwhile this is only... offered one week. Google, yelp and Sonic?s main site states this location opens at 9:30am. Even their receipt says 9:30. Yet im told by the... cashier they dont open til 10. This is aggravating, i placed my order through the app and show up now i gotta wait til 10 for myorder. Cant cancel order or get a refund as per the app. Fix your management! Also i ordered the #15 premium burrito combo. Andupon opening my burrito all i see is eggs and cheese jalapeño and tots, where is the meat!?! Similar to the classic drive in places, you can pull up here and reasonably expect to get decent quality food at an affordable... price. The only problem with this location is that periodically they will run out of certain items on the menu? Although, insuch a case, they typically will tell you before you order, and if they don?t, they offer you a similarly priced item at nocharge, as replacement.
