This review is for the new location on Forest Avenue, SI, NY. I have been to this location twice since it?s opened a month ago.... I understand it?s a new location and they may be getting overwhelmed with the long lines but there?s no excuse for missing itemsand ice cold food. I order the food and literally by the time I get home which is no more than five minutes the food is icecold. Like they literally took it out of the fridge dumped it in a bag and shoved it over to you. And twice I?ve had itemsmissing from my bag. After asking if everything is in my bag. I can easily pull over but the location is so tight and with thelong lines that there?s really no way to do that. They should REALLY have online ordering with door pick up.
