I have ordered from this place before but my experienced today wasn't good at all. 0 stars will be what I give for not doing... their job right. I placed the order through Grubhud 2 items, I attached the photo that clearly says 1 of 2 items, but I onlyreceived 1 smoothie and not a wrap. When I called the store to ask what happened and ask for a refund of $8.99 I was told tocalled Grubhud customer service which I did. If they're rushing to close just pay attention that your delivery orders arecomplete. This place just lost a customer. Read more
Walked into the store at 8:15 Friday night (7001 amboy road). No one up front at the register taking orders. Rang the bells at... the front door a few times for help? no one came up. Employees were too busy in the back laughing and having fun. Waited for 5minutes and left. Very unprofessional location. Not the first time this has happened here. Fast service and smoothies taste great. I got stuck in traffic and one of the employees had put my smoothie in the freezer so it... did not melt, which was super considerate. Also, was wearing a mask. Restaurant is clean. Read more
We tried smoothies at this place for the first time. They were mediocre at best, iced down and flavorless. Would not recommend... for drinks at least. Can't comment on food since we did not get any. Read more
