Visiting from Hawaii and I have to say, the sliders were amazing. We only have frozen white castle in Hawaii which suck compared... to.fresh at this restaurant. Drive through was at a standstill so went inside. Staff were friendly enough, seating area verypleasant, and even bathrooms were open and clean with no key needed! Used to go to white castle in Rahway back in the day whichwas risking your life. Glad Staten Island has one now. Will visit this white castle on my quarterly visits here going forward. Read more
Hands down worst service I have ever received. Order food in dry through the woman repeats my whole order to me and it was... correct. Get to the window and the woman was so nasty and wouldn’t give me the rest of the stuff I ordered. Wasn’t go anyfurther it wasn’t even worth in all I know is I just spent over 30$ for NO REASON. Safe to say I will never be spending mymoney at White Castle on Hylan Blvd, Staten Island, NY EVER AGAIN !!! Read more
Takes way to long no mater what size order very slow food is good but you will starve before you get your food
Not a good experience today. First issue is they left out my chicken sandwich. Second is the fish sandwich was not thoroughly... cooked at all Third was the french fries was only filled halfway, I saw them struggle to fill it. I came here a few months agowith similar issues, I thought I can try them again with better results. If I could give a negative 0 I would terrible.They totally hid from us so we couldn't order food at 1 am. Terrible don't go late... they will not serve you. The close at 2 am. After honking rude young woman comes to window after I saw her and coworker walkingto the back and says no burgers. They should just closed..Draining the last hour of their shift.. terrible anddisgraceful... They need people who actually want to work and service. Poor customer service. White Castle should maybe paypeople better so that their employees work happily. Sucks do not go here late again. I will never go to this place again. Read more
Food is good . A little wait to get food ,didnt bother me but people behind us were not happy there is no dine in offered at... this time only drive through . Ordered two 5 sliders with cheese meal. No one in front of the line. Until we said something, we were standing at the front... and took awhile for someone to take our order. After order, it also does take awhile to receive our order. Just taking toolong. Inside decorations and furnitures seem old. Meals are good nothing wrong. Read more
