Had a rocky start with Finn, who worked overnight. Placed a pretty big order in the early mornings, which I understand was not... normal. He was frustrated being one of two workers there. However he came back and we were able to get on the same page. Heexplained his frustrations as did we and after he was a great guy. Overall my experience was positive. My food was hot and freshthanks to him and the one worker in training. He could use more workers on the overnight shift, especially during weekends.Thank you Finn, I hope you have a good shift. I give it 4 stars for a White castle. Please understand this is not 4 stars compared to a Tao or a Wolfgang restaurant, it's 4... stars for a White Castle. The staff was very friendly and they did their best at 12 am to get me my order quickly. Read more
The food has pretty poor quality, it is still great for a cheap bite to eat, can?t beat a dollar for a slider.
