Our waitress was excellent. She was very attentive. However, the food was not the best quality. The baked potato soup and loaded... mashed potatoes were delicious. However, the sirloin steak had a lot of gristle and was overly chewy. The flavor was cooked andthe temperature was just right though. The atmosphere was average. Only had one waitress in the restaurant but understandable because it was a very slow period. We were the only ones in the... seating area. We had planned to have dessert but did not see the waitress again until right when we were getting up to leave.Not a big issue, just may want to have more staff in the future even on a slow night. Food was hot and well prepared. Service was slower than expected, didn't seem to be a sense of urgency amongst any of the... servers I observed. Hostess that seated me was not very friendly or welcoming at all. I withheld my review until second visit,this was my exact experience the 1st time I came here. The service here was excellent. Brendon the Bartender is so friendly, attentive and helpful. He offered cool suggestions to make... my drinks interesting, kept our glasses full and engaged in pleasant conversation while tending to us and making drinks for thedining room. Sierra, who was our server for dinner was also a delight. She was prompt, very pleasant and took our orders and gotus served in a timely fashion. I always try to give this location the benefit of the doubt even with the bad reviews. Hasn?t been in a while due to the C... inspection on the door for such an extended period of time. I noticed it was gone and decided up order in for dinner. Orderedwings and sliders. Somehow I ended up with a chicken tender and wings with little to no sauce. Had to sauce them myself whichwas not what I wanted after spending over $50. Service is just so inconsistent. Read more

My sister and I we're seated next to the kitchen entrance behind a family of two unruly Toddlers and Extremely Loud and rude... parents. They made our lunch an absolutely miserable experience! The dining rooms were not even half-full so why were we seatedby the kitchen entrance next to a family of four that was obviously going to be a problem? The server should have either had themanager come take care of these unruly patrons or at least had the guts to ask them to quiet down his self. I had to on oneoccasion walk outside to keep from doing something about them myself and embarrassing my poor sister. The food itself what'sgood. My sister had the firecracker egg rolls and I had chicken fajitas. Read more
Friendly staff greeted me at the door. I was sat quickly and the waitress was quick to get me a drink and take my order. Food... was hot and tasty and I was checked on frequently. Very good experience all around. Read more
